An excellent written and verbal communicator who can positively respond to requests via email and phone from inside and outside the organization

Someone eager to learn and grow, who picks up new skills quickly, and enjoys bringing positive energy to their team and company cultureWhat you’ll do:Track and maintain employee credentialing including certifications, trainings, and tests

Maintain personnel files including physical and electronic maintenance

Complete information requests via fax, phone, and email

Address general HR and company questions posed by staff

Assist with new process development and documentation

Participate and support safety team objectivesRequirements for consideration:Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, organizational, development, industrial/organizational psychology, or similarly related area of study – OR – a general business degree with significant coursework in human resources

A minimum of 12 months continuous employment in an office or customer service position

Ability to pass a DHS background check

Full vaccination against COVID-19 in accordance with Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) 333-019-1010

This is a full-time, exempt position. We pay a competitive entry level salary with room to grow, and offer an excellent benefits package which includes 4 weeks paid time off in the first year plus 7 paid holidays, affordable medical and dental insurance, VSP, employer-sponsored life and disability insurance, 401k with 4% employer matching.Who we are:
