5. Salary Range: $16.00 - $19.50
6. Requirements:
⢠Office / Admin experience
⢠Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Software
⢠Ability to work well with others.
⢠Ability to prioritize ongoing projects at all times
⢠Filing of bills, and other critical documents.
⢠High school diploma or GED.
⢠Bilingual is a plus.
7. Job Description:
⢠Knowledge of QuickBooks online.
⢠Answering phones / Transferring calls / Customer Service.
⢠Service support (Basic questions, prices, etc.)
⢠Spreadsheet maintenance (reporting on excel) â
⢠Assist in other accounting functions as needed (WA, SC, CA Sales Tax filing)
⢠Mailing of documents via USPS.
