3. Job Title: Office Administrator

4. Number of Positions Open: 1

5. Salary Range: $16.00 - $19.50

6. Requirements:

• Office / Admin experience

• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Software

• Ability to work well with others.

• Ability to prioritize ongoing projects at all times

• Filing of bills, and other critical documents.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Bilingual is a plus.

7. Job Description:

• Knowledge of QuickBooks online.

• Answering phones / Transferring calls / Customer Service.

• Service support (Basic questions, prices, etc.)

• Spreadsheet maintenance (reporting on excel) –

• Assist in other accounting functions as needed (WA, SC, CA Sales Tax filing)

• Mailing of documents via USPS.
