Job Summary
Superior Roofing in search of a highly motivated individual that possesses excellent office, computer and communication skills to start immediately. This Office Administrative position will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Ability to work 8-hour shift, Monday - Friday
Daily Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone all calls
Respond to customer inquiries for quotes and information in a prompt, courteous manner
Resolve client issues
Send and respond to emails
Scheduling estimate appointments/managing daily calendars
Compiling and sending estimates, contracts, invoices, receipts and job costing
Researching, preparing, and modifying documents including reports, memos and emails
Place vendor orders, track deliveries, work with crew/staff to facilitate job production
Provide general office administrative support
General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning and filing
Accurate data entry
Assisting with administrative and clerical duties and day-to-day tasks as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
Proven customer service experience in a professional/office setting
Ability to answer/manage multiple phone lines
Excellent verbal/written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) and Quickbooks
Excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize work and work alone
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Must have the ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

- Pay: Based on Experience, minimum starting pay $16-$18/hour to start
