Assistant Property Manager
We are one of the premiere apartment communities in Wilsonville and we are looking for an exceptional individual to be a part of our awesome team.
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will lead the property in leasing the apartments, working with the staff, office duties, and cultivating a positive experience for our residents. You will also oversee the marketing for the community.
Some of your responsibilities would be:
Greet our residents and customers with a positive & warm personality.
Professionally interact and communicate with prospects about our apartments & community.
Answer incoming calls professionally (apartment inquiries, resident service requests, etc.)
Accept service requests from residents and communicate with out maintenance team
Lease and complete leasing process
Maintain accurate resident records & papework
Marketing for the property
The ideal candidates are detail oriented, positive, responsible, and self starters. If you have common sense, a positive outlook, and strong customer service skills, this is a great position for you in the property management industry. Some prior property management experienced required.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication, organizational and coordinating abilities.
Sales skills/ability to lease apartments
Computer literacy
Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Basic office organizational skills
The ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks concurrently
Exceptional customer service
Ability to deal well with people
Ability to understand and clearly explain lease paperwork
Yardi software knowledge helpful
Work Weekends
High school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree or relevant training is preferred.
Must pass a criminal background check if position offered.
