We are looking for a couple that is well rounded and able to undertake normal resident manager duties such as; taking rent, minor maintenance, turning and leasing units, lawn care maintenance/curb appeal, posting notices, and completing other projects that relate to your position.
We require that you have great communication skills, a friendly demeanor, bookkeeping, and organizational skills.
Other requirements are having your own tools and being able to live on-site. The property is approx 40 units. Please email a cover letter as well as your resume.
Salary range $22k - $28k DOE. Signing bonus after 1 year.
