NEW HOMES SALES SITE AGENT
Our team is growing fast, with room for the right people to join and prosper with us!
We are accepting several new agents to sell homes in our new expanding Clackamas County communities.
This position has huge potential for income, so be prepared to work!
RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):
Opening and closing of model and any inventory homes.
Recording contact information from all visitors. Documenting your follow ups, with info on buyers' needs.
Establish rapport quickly, while qualifying prospective buyers.
Show model homes. This includes providing in-depth knowledge of our homes' luxury features, highlighting the benefits of our great product and the high quality craftsmanship.
Becoming well-versed with surrounding communities, including local market trends.
Being gracious, providing outstanding customer service to all realtors, prospective buyers and team members alike.
Maintaining a polished and welcoming atmosphere onsite.
QUALIFICATIONS
Current OR realtor license, with minimum of 2 years in the industry.
New home sales experience is preferred.
Must be motivated, with great work ethic.
Answering all calls/text/emails promptly is required.
Working weekends and weekdays is expected.
Sales experience is critical. You must be able to read people, know how to handle objections, and most importantly, close the deal.
Desire to learn and grow. Learn from experience, from team members and provided professional training, as well as on your own.
Be flexible and accommodating. Compensation is performance-based, with a generous commission pay out.
