Summary/Objective
The HTG Asset Retirement (ITAD) eCommerce Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving company sales objectives through online and direct sales. The e-Commerce Sales Representative will be willing to respond to customer web inquiries, assist customers with product selection, and suggest product options and solutions. This position will also be responsible for creating and managing the online product descriptions. Responsibilities include but are not limitedtoidentifying new customers, generating sales, inventory management and customer service.
Essential Functions

Identifies revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs and other activities as needed.
Photograph, list and sell items online through multiple platforms (eBay, Amazon, craigslist, etc.)
Work cross-functionally to ensure those transactions are processed accurately.
Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities
Reach out to customer leads via phone and email to sell inventory
Work with sales team to meet goals
Overcomes customer objections or hesitations to close the sale
Cultivate solid relationships and drive customer satisfaction
Perform product research to determine market value and obtain detailed informationofITAD equipment
Arrange logistics for sold inventory
Inventory, sort, and prep equipment for sale
Update inventory database entries when necessary
Manage and optimize completed listings to ensure accurate product information and adjust pricing to reflect market trends
Provide customer service through phone and email to answer customer questions, troubleshoot issues, resolve disputes and maintain positive feedback
Maintain confidentiality of all client information
Cultivate positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in all department and company policies, procedures and processes
Maintain warehouse environment to HTG standards as assigned
Report consistently and on time to work
Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Work Environment
This job operates indifferingenvironments. A portion of the duties will be performed in aprofessional office environment, the remainder will be performed ina warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers,andfiling cabinets.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m. to 5 p.m.
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years E-Commerce sales experience
Customer Service experience
General knowledge of consumer electronics (computers, mobile devices, and peripherals)
Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook and Access
Preferred Education and Experience
Technical skills to troubleshoot and repair computer related issues
Highly motivated and competitive
Strong organizational skills
