Reach out to business owners to offer local-level marketing services for their business and secure sales.Primary Responsibilities
Cold Calling; making outbound calls to potential clients to offer and promote advertising services.
Prospect for leads; utilizing web services like Google Maps, Yelp or Alignable to find potential clients to pitch services.
Keeping organized callback appointments schedules.
Understanding sales psychology in order to best approach different types of clients in multiple industries.
Maintaining a professional demeanor and attitude while on the phone that represents our business.
Qualifications
Cold-Call Sales Experience Preferred
Self-starter who is motivated to learn, and to earn!
Basic computer skills, email, typing, Google calendar, data-entry.
Outgoing personality, ability to handle rejection professionally
Organization and time-management skills, able to plan and set a daily plan and goals for self.
Persuasive personality, ability to convey information effectively regarding products and services.
Compensation / Schedule
Guaranteed Hourly + Daily Cash Spiffs (Typically $50-$100/week during the training period.)
Completely uncapped commission structure earn up to 35% of revenue generated.
Monthly bonus structure ranging from an additional $500 to $2500 based on monthly sales targets.
No 'qualifiers' on daily sales for commissions.
M-F 7am-3pm
