We as a team, are an honest company dedicated to helping business merchants save money on their current or past merchant accounts that they may be unhappy with or stuck paying expensive unwanted fees. The overlay of your position is simple, setting appointments for our sales representatives if that doesnt tie the knot for you. Your pay is based on how dedicated you are to reaching your goals both personal and team related. With that said, your pay is unregulated, not hourly. But instead on your efforts and sheer charisma, paying out $20 per appointment set, and a commission of 10% off of every sale made by one of your sets. On average commissions range from $200 to $1500 per sale Pay raises are given and based off of production and dedication. For go getters we offer monthly production bonuses
The work period is Monday through Friday, starting at 8:00am Pacific Coast Time, with Saturday and Sundays off, with Saturday optional depending on your dedication. No real hours as a stopping time, but dont let it stress you out too much starting out, it may take more hours some days than others to be in a good spot to stop. The weekly goal per marketer is 15 appointments set, meaning 3 appointments set for each day of the work week. We encourage you to set more so you make more though Pay will be daily if you have square cash app. Or each Friday we will email you a e check that can be printed and cashed at any bank.
Starting out, we as a company have decided we will even help you get a leg in the door and help you set your phone up for calling within the first 5 appointments set if you dont have access to unlimited talk and the internet.
We will provide you with training and support. Along with scripts and audio training pitches to get you going. Many of the best sales people in our industry start by appointment setting and move into sales.
