We are looking for a Program Manager to orchestrate the go-to-market activities related to the restructuring of our product packaging and pricing. This is a key initiative at our client that touches almost every part of our organization. In this role, you will help organize and drive the business efforts associated with this complex, cross-functional program including internal communications and enablement, sales structure and compensation changes, marketing strategy and materials, and system and operational modifications. You will also team closely with Program Managers and others in our R&D organization who are responsible for the product development associated with the packaging changes to ensure cross-dependencies and timelines are aligned.

Responsibilities of the Program Manager:

• Nurture program success from inception to completion
• Collaborate with business leaders to drive the planning and development of an overall roadmap including key milestones
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a detailed workplan and timeline
• Facilitate regular meetings to measure progress, identify and mitigate risks, and discuss issues
• Employ effective change management practices to roll out cross-departmental processes
• Develop and implement monitoring to measure the success of the program

Requirements of the Program Manager:

• 5+ years of Program Manager experience
• Experience partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, and Finance
• Experience managing enterprise software customer migrations
• Working knowledge of agile software delivery with an understanding of Enterprise IT, DevOps or relevant tools
• Understanding of enterprise software technologies
