-Proficient in digital and in-person estimating through plans and on-site means.

-Able to read and implement company SOPs and playbooks.
-Competent with all software and communication platforms.
-Experience with estimating software, CRM, spreadsheets, email, and cloud-based systems.

This role offers the potential to grow into a Sales Manager position.
What You Will Do Each Day:
-Manage a $1.5M+ annual sales plan by executing our sales process.
-Build strong relationships with clients, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
-Conduct painting sales and estimation for high-end residential and commercial projects.
-Prepare proposals, enter estimates into the CRM, and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
-Collaborate with the team in weekly Goal Alignment and L10 Team Meetings.
-Pursue personal and professional growth through training, field coaching, and independent learning.

Pay: Competitive base + bonuses
70k base and 3% commission on margin
