Crowley's Granite Concepts is the premiere natural stone countetop fabrication/installation company in the Portland Metro Area. We are growing rapidly and need to expand our sales team. We are currently conducting interviews for both "In Office" Sales Staff (Inside Sales) all the way up to seasoned Outside Sales Professionals.
The ideal candidate for the Inside Sales position will be someone who is self motivated, extremely dependable (on time, perfect attendance), willing/able to quickly learn and master new sales skills and concepts and who desires to advance in the replacement countertop industry to eventually become an Outside Sales Professional.
If you are already a seasoned "Sales Professional" with extensive knowledge of the construction or home remodeling industry with at least 2+ years previous experience in direct to public sales, we may have opportunities for you. The ideal candidate for an Outside Sales Representative will have extensive knowledge of natural stone materials, (granite and quartz) be a very motivated self starter, able to maintain a very high close ratio on both pre-scheduled and new lead appointments, have great presentation/communication skills, be able/willing to conduct in office or in-home presentations & meet customers at suppliers or other locations etc. and a willingness to help "walk customers through the process" This Outside Sales position offers a realistic opportunity to earn $60K - $75K/year (or more) and is eligible for a full benefit package.
