About the Role
We’re expanding our retail presence and seeking an outgoing, design-savvy Stone Sales Consultant who can connect with homeowners, designers, and builders to help them bring their surface projects to life. This is a commission-based role for a motivated self-starter who loves design, understands stone, and thrives on closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through material selection and design options
Build and maintain relationships with designers, contractors, and retail clients
Generate quotes, follow up on leads, and close deals
Coordinate with fabrication and installation teams to ensure project accuracy
Maintain showroom displays, samples, and product knowledge
Represent Spectrum Stone + Surface at design events or community promotions
Qualifications
2+ years in retail, design, or stone surface sales (preferred)
Knowledge of countertops, stone, quartz, and interior finishes
Strong design sense and attention to detail
Self-driven with strong follow-up and communication skills
Experience with CRM systems or lead tracking
Must be comfortable in a commission-only environment
