Firebrand Sports, a locally owned and operated boutique fitness studio, seeks a proactive, enthusiastic, organized, welcoming relationship rock star to join our growing team in our Pearl District studio.
Front Desk Ambassadors embody our brand in everything they do and are the all-important first point of contact with Firebrand.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Experienced in customer service, retail and/or hospitality
Skilled at providing exceptional, responsive client service
Friendly, outgoing personality with optimistic, can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills -- written, in person and on the phone, within a team
Natural inclination to initiate tasks, prioritize work and assume responsibility without direction within a fast-paced environment
Highly organized and good at maintaining systems and processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of MindBody is a plus
Desire to learn, grow and be coached
Encourages others through positive interactions
Exhibits enthusiasm and pride for studio, its workouts and job
DAILY PROCEDURES
Follow opening procedures to create a welcoming, clean and inviting studio space
Greet all guests entering and leaving the studio with a genuine positive attitude
Answer questions (in person, via phone/email) and provide accurate information about the studio, classes, schedule, pricing, policies, etc.
Assist studio team with daily tasks and special projects
Drive sales and facilitate membership decisions
Inform clients of promos, discounts, events
Oversee cash and POS system management
Handle and maintain studio membership database, accurately register and welcome new clients, receive membership payments and maintain client base
Document and maintain inventory and supplies
Keep the studio welcoming by cleaning studio, get ready and restroom/shower area
Assist instructors and staff to enhance guest experience
Follow closing procedures to prepare studio space for next shift
SCHEDULE NEEDS
Part time
Availability to work weekday late afternoon/evening shifts
Availability to work weekends
Availability to work holidays, if necessary
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Hourly; competitive, based on experience
