Residential General Contractor looking to hire a journeyman carpenter/framer. Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Window/Door Installation
- Rough Framing
- Siding
- Rot Repair
- Moisture Barrier and Flashing
- Minor Drywall Repair
- Deck Framing, stairs and handrails
- Fencing
Position requires climbing stairs and ladders. Must be able to carry loads at least 80 lbs. Work may involve a combination of indoor and outdoor work. Previous construction experience is required. REMODEL experience is a must, not just new construction.
