Full time cleaner/sealer technician

We are looking for a experienced cleaning and sealing of tile technician to clean and or redo grout joints and sealing of joints and stone also some assistance in tile.
Some one who is able to follow instructions, understand layout able to work 40 hours per week as well as OT when needed.
Reliable transportation is a must!
Valid driver license is a must!
Good communication on a constant bases as needed.
Team player who communicates well with others
Good representative to customers and vendors
Positive attitude and punctual
Speed and detail oriented
Willing to always to learn something new, better themselves and trade knowledge
Training programs available
Pay rate negotiable to be discussed based on skill set assessment
