Diesel Technician/ Mechanic
Truck Source Inc - Portland, OR
Position Summary:
-Truck Source is looking for a qualified diesel mechanic
-Need to be familiar with VCADS, DDEC, INSITE, ET.
-Be able to diagnose mechanical problems using electronic and mechanical testing equipment.
-Repair gasoline or diesel engines
-Inspecting and repairing engines, gas and diesel fuel systems, steering, transmissions, electrical
systems, cooling systems, starters, alternators, tires, and other major components.
- Be able to repair and replace transmissions, auxiliary transmissions, drive lines, axles and
differentials.
-Be able to repair air and hydraulic brakes and other specialized equipment.
-Need to be a team player, easy to work with.
-Day and swing shifts available.
Benefits:
-Hourly pay with BONUS incentives.
-OT 1.5 times hourly rate ( 10-20 hr of OT available weekly)

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of automotive or diesel experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
-Must have own hand tools.
