Seeking Experienced Roofer
compensation: $20+/hr DOE - Pay is reflective of work ethic, experience and skill level

JRC construction is a busy local roofing company that has been in business for 14+ years. We are seeking an Experienced Roofer to join our team. We have a reputation for outstanding quality and professionalism. We are a great company to work for and take the well-being of our employees very seriously. We service primarily Yamhill county but also do quite a bit of work in the surrounding areas.
Applicants must have at least 3 years experience on the roof. Must be proficient in at least 3 of the following roof systems: Shingle, Shake, Tile, Single-Ply and Standing Seam Metal. Should be able to work well independently and with a small crew. Basic carpentry skills and ability to with with sheet metal are a plus. Must have a reliable means to get to the shop and/or job site whether that be car or bus. In general the Foreman will take you to the job site in our company vehicle. Can start immediately and we generally have year-around full-time work available. You can't be afraid of heights or unable to lift at least a bundle of shingles and have your own basic tools. We value honesty and hard work; as a family owned and operated business we treat our employees as an extension of that (family you like!).
