Service Now Inc. Heating and Cooling, is currently seeking a Full Time, experienced, Installation Technician to join our team.

This will be a permanent position and will include a $2500 hiring bonus for the right person. Applicants must have excellent customer service and technical skills.
Compensation is based on experience and ability. We offer a competitive wage (top pay to the right person), health insurance, a retirement package with company match up to 3%, company vehicle, smart phone, and uniforms.
You must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record. You will need to be able to lift 50lbs or more and be comfortable on rooftops, ladders and the usual spaces we work in this trade.
We concentrate on residential replacements and retrofits, including oil to gas conversions, AC and heat pump installations and ductless split units. We occasionally install systems in custom built homes, but no large new construction subdivisions. We also provide light commercial installations and repairs of ductless and rooftop units.
We are partnered with NW Natural in their Preferred Contractors Alliance program as well as being a Trade Ally with the Energy Trust of Oregon. This enables us to offer many rebates, and incentives that consumers are looking for. That translates into a steady stream of quality customers who return year after year and refer us to their friends, family and coworkers.
We encourage training on new products and procedures and help to coordinate that training through local distributors and organizations. We usually will pay for your training.
