What We Do We are a team of service experts who handle everything from small repairs of residential heating and cooling systems to large replacements of commercial equipment. The Big Task You will be a part of a team that installs both commercial and residential heat pumps, air conditioners, gas furnaces, and other basic heating and cooling equipment, including venting and ductwork.Looking ForExperience in new construction HVAC installation.Current Freon license.5+ years in the HVAC trade.Key Sub TasksMaintain a good driver’s license that we can insure. Be able to drive a company vehicle or have other means of transportation to and from the shop or jobs. Work extended hours under a house or in an attic installing or repairing ductwork or replacing line sets. Transport parts and materials from the truck to the job site. Clean, load and unload the vehicles in the morning. Ability to work in attics or roofs that are high and exposed and may be hot (120 deg.). Lift items weighting 100 lbs. from time to time and regularly weighing 75 lbs. Follow instructions that are multiple tasks at one time. Clean job site.
