CMS is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team and grow with us. We are Looking for the star applicant that is on-time and accountable.
HVAC Technician Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems and performing warranty services.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions within the P3 App.
New installation start-up.

Spiffs
Must Have:
4 Years’ experience – Minimum.
EPA Certification
Intermediate computer, phone and paperwork skills.
Proficient in balancing systems.
Clean driving record and valid license.
Reliable transportation.
Own tools.
Team player attitude.
Time management skills.
Pay Rate Per Hour: Depending on Experience:
$25.00 - $40.00
