Part-time or Full-time, this seasoned Lead Installer will be responsible for receiving orders and verifying contents against packing lists and initial order forms. This person will do as much prebuilding to load into Sprinter Van as possible prior to actual installation into customer's space. They will complete all paperwork related to installation as required by owner. Installation may include any or all of the following: demo, wall patching, including tape and texture, paint or wallpaper application and installation of organizational units as ordered by the customer. Units include shelving, drawers, mirrors, lighting (not electrical), tie racks, laundry bins, hooks, scarf racks, shoe racks, base and crown moldings, murphy beds, office desks, and garage lifts (bike, lawn mower, etc.). Lead installer will also learn and install the garage epoxy flooring system offered by Tailored Living (as soon as a 2nd vehicle is purchased for this specific purpose and equipment). Lead installer will attend one-week hands-on training in Irvine, CA paid for by Tailored Living, then be required to train a helper to work alongside Lead Installer for all jobs. You will be our customer's last impression. Hourly range will be based on candidate's related work experience. Benefits will be offered after one year employment. Monthly and Quarterly commissions will also be available based on activities and/or job performance - no returns (to fix or repair issues left on the jobsite), to be shared among team.
