Plumbing leaks
HVAC Alarms
Performs basic minor repairs and preventative maintenance to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, hardware, TV, and safety systems
Minor repair, maintenance and operation of some swimming pool equipment may be required
Help us keep our seniors safe. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement for employment.Job Requirements:Must have apprentice level skills and experience in electrical, plumbing, and general building repair
Apprentice level skills and experience in the operation, repair and maintenance of shop equipment and tools
Ability to use good judgment and provide accurate information when required during first response issues
Ability to use ladders and basic hand tools to complete minor work orders as assigned. Requires a valid driver's license, and be insurable under corporate insurance carrierCompetitive BenefitsFree monthly TriMet pass
