CMS is looking for an experienced HVAC Project Foreman to join our team and grow with us. We are Looking for the star applicant that is an effective leader, on-time, willing to get in the trenches and be accountable.
HVAC Journeyman Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Identifying maintenance risks on the jobsite.
Coordinate with Estimator and Project Admin on plans, designs and schedules.
Work and communicate with site GC’s, Sub’s and Project Manager’s.
Create and submit RFI’s and Change Order’s.
Ability to multi-task multiple jobs.
Fabricate ductwork and sheet metal fittings.
Verifies layout and materials of job.
Read blueprints and technical drawings.
Maintain quality and safety standards.
Communicates effectively with crews.
Help control inventory by not wasting product.

Must Have:
4 Years’ recent experience – Minimum.
Intermediate computer, phone and paperwork skills.
Clean driving record and valid license.
Reliable transportation.
Own tools.
Team player attitude.
Time management skills.
Basic math skills.
Ability for out-of-town travel when needed.
Pay Rate Per Hour: Depending on Experience:
$35.00 - $45.00
