Looking for a change? Willing and ready to relocate where there are 300 plus days of sunshine?! We’re a growing Tri-Cities, WA builder looking for a hardworking, team players that have an eagle eye for the details, is organized, and communicates well.

Homebuilder and remodel contractor looking to establish a concrete and flatwork division to support their construction activities. Looking for two people to join a fun and fast-paced environment, working with great team members, clients, and sub-contractors.

Duties will include:

• Pouring flatwork including garages, driveways, patios, and sidewalks for new homes and remodels.

• Setting up and pouring small to medium-sized foundations for additions.

• Prepping and pouring pool decks and landscape flatwork, etc.

In addition, experience in siding or decks is a plus, and please let us know, as this is a full-time position with 40 – 50 hours a week and someone who has other skills make it easy to keep you busy.


$30 - $40 per hour, full-time DOE and qualifications. Experience and proficiency in stamped or colored concrete is a bonus.

Our lead concrete installer will be someone with significant experience in the concrete industry. A minimum of 5 years’ experience is required, as well as a comprehensive understanding of how to properly set up, prepare for, install, finish, repair, and remove residential concrete flatwork. You will be our resident concrete guru and will be the person responsible for coordinating all job details.

You should be a self-starter, someone who can manage multiple projects at the same time and someone who needs little management to ensure the project gets done properly and on time. You will manage and oversee any other concrete workers and provide for their safety in company approved ways. You will be coordinating the delivery of concrete with the concrete supplier, and ensuring the project is ready when trucks arrive. Must be presentable, speak English, and have a valid Driver’s License.


$20 - $25 per hour, full-time.

This position will assist the Lead Concrete Installer. Must have at least 1 years’ experience, must work safely at all times, and must have an excellent work ethic and be on time. Most likely, we will fill the Lead Installer position FIRST, and have them involved in the hiring process of the Assistant Concrete Installer. If you are interested in this position and are qualified (minimum 1-year experience, on-time work ethic, etc), we will get back to your AFTER we hire the Lead Concrete Installer.

We are posting both of these positions at the same time in the event that a Lead Concrete Installer has someone they would like to propose for the Assistant Installer. However, we intend to hire the Lead Installer FIRST.

We are an experienced home builder and are just starting this division of our company (Concrete Division) and we will be seeking the advice and counsel of the Lead Concrete Installer on the type of truck we should purchase, the type of machine we should have to prep grades, what type of finishing equipment, etc will be needed. All of these items will be purchased after we find our two-person concrete team and they will be recommended by our Lead Installer.
