You will work with a world class cross-functional team to develop life-saving solutions to some of the most complex problems in medical imaging today. In this role you will see projects through from conception to production and every stage in between.

What you will do:

  • Partner with Design, Engineering and Research teams in a cross-functional team environment to identify and solve complex design challenges
  • Design, simulate, and test front-end analog data acquisition systems and circuits on HDI Boards for a medical ultrasound system
  • Ensure signal integrity across the entire system, including mixed-signal PCBs, short and medium trace transmission lines and through multiple signal processing stages
  • Drive noise-control and EMI for entire product across circuits, systems, enclosures and cabling
  • Drive prototyping, bringup, verification, test and performance benchmarking

Your skillset and background:
  • BS / MS in EE/ECE/Physics/BioMed or related field but industry experience is preferable over academics
  • Proficiency in analog circuit design and analysis at circuit board level (including LNAs, Clocks, Signal integrity, linear and switching power supplies, A2D, robust analog layout techniques)
  • 5-10 years of conception to productization experience with analog and mixed-signal design at Board level.
  • Experience using circuit simulation tools to perform all needed analyses, extract and optimize key design parameters
  • Comfortable using S-params, analyzing frequency response, performing stability and noise analysis
  • Demonstrated track record in building advanced technology & product development
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group
  • Ability to convey technical information in a concise and clear manner
  • Ability to execute multiple streams of work simultaneously, and independently balance and prioritize project workload to ensure success in a time-constrained environment
