Job Description:
Must have experience with Dynatrace and Azure Cloud resources.
Must have hands-on experience in all tasks and troubleshooting.
Must have experience in handling, supporting or managing SRE team.
Must have skill in providing SIPs to the customer and drive them.
Should be well versed in Azure Cloud resources- VM, HDI Cluster, AKS, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, ALB, Traffic Manager, Virtual Network, App service plan, Webjobs.
Experience in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Application Insights, Data Dog.
Well versed in logs analysis of various application, App server, Load balancer logs.
Experience in IIS Server, Nginx, understanding of Nginx.conf file, Nginx as side-car.
Exposure to Kubernetes, OpenShift cluster, Nodes/pods management, Docker containers.
Well versed in using Azure portal. Know about Azure security center, Configuration, JIT enablement of VMs.
Exposure in Patching, installation, License management, Cloud resources utilization, billing of resources on Azure.
Exposure in maintenance of core tools such as Jenkins, Chef, Monitoring tools, related to their uptime.
Exposure to JIRA Service Desk and Incident Management.
