We are looking for a knowledgeable Accounting/Payroll person to process and manage payroll for our growing team.
Full time, $16-18/DOE
Duties include:
Able to work closely with our accounting team
Gather information for payroll
Calculate correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, and bonuses
Journal entries
Able to calculate payroll calculations, withholdings and 401K contributions
General accounting, reconciliations, electronic funds transfers
Requirements:
Experience with QuickBooks
Strong written and verbal communication
Administrative and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals
