JOB TITLE: Customer Service Courier
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This employee is primarily responsible for driving a designated route each day and picking up and delivering dental laboratory cases and packages. This driving route begins in Sutherlin every day.
Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
1. Picking up and delivering cases to the various offices assigned.
2. Performing duties assigned by the laboratory manager including laboratory chores, shipping, and receiving.
3. Cleaning and caring for his/her assigned vehicle.
4. Performing other duties as assigned.
5. Providing timely feedback to laboratory manager of any customer service related discussions with customers of the laboratory during daily pick-up and delivery.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Appropriate valid Oregon driver's license for vehicle(s) driven.
2. Proof of clean driving record
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience in a like position.
2. Knowledge of geographical area.
Part time. Up to 35 hours per week.
