The Holiday Inn Express is looking to add to our front desk team. Experience is preferred but not required. We are in need of a fast paced individual who is able to multitask in a busy environment to help us through our summer season.
Duties include:
Checking guest in and out of hotel rooms accurately and efficiently
Making reservations in person or by phone
Answering multi line phones and taking messages as needed
Making copies, faxing documents and responding to emails
Handling cash and credit card payments
Scheduling after training will be a mix of 12p-8p & 3pm-11pm shifts. Approximately 15-20 hours a week.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
