*** Hotel Front Desk or Manager ***

Shift Times [ 7 AM - 3 PM / 3 PM - 11 PM / 11 PM - 7 AM ]

# of Hours = 24 - 40

Training / Evaluation Period Pay: $10.50 / Hour

Training Period: 2 - 4 Weeks Depending Upon Candidate

(Agent) Pay Scale after Training: Depends on Reliability, Attitude, and Aptitude. Up to $12.00

(Manager) Pay Scale after Training: Depends on Reliability, Attitude, and Aptitude. Up to $14.00

Looking for a Front Desk Agent with the following attributes:

MUST have a Happy Demeanor!

Sales/Hotel/Motel/Marketing Experience is preferred, but not necessary.

Guest Service: MUST BE ABLE TO WOW OUR GUESTS WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

1. Personally demonstrate a genuine commitment to guest service by responding to guest needs and concerns; be committed to making every guest satisfied.

2. Learn all components and features of the company's guest service guarantee.

3. Learn and executes sales and service programs.

4. Ensure hotel standards and services are met so there is a consistent delivery of guest service.

Technology:

1. Learn our technology systems which include the property management system, time clock system, personal computer, computerized locking system and reservation system.

Essential Skills and experience:

Highly trainable & motivated to learn. Outgoing & welcoming personality.

Training will be provided.

Experience preferred. Stable job history a plus.

3. Planning and organizational skills is a MUST! Detail Oriented!

4. Marketing Experience

7. Ability to handle multiple tasks

8. Technical Skills required - Microsoft Word; Excel; Internet; prefer experience with hotel reservations system
