Job Description
We are under new management and the our hotel is looking for a new General Manager to join our team!
This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including the selection and hiring process. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee.
+ Learn hotel system and be able to work any shift at front desk
+ Process payroll every 2 weeks
+ Schedule all employees
+ Oversee housekeeping and maintenance workers
+ Order supplies
+ Train and develop associates
+ Accuracy: Paying full attention and being precise about certain details.
+ Service Orientation: Providing various services to guests who stay at the hotel.
+ Active Listening: Paying full attention when someone is talking to you.
+ Attentiveness: Paying close attention to something while on the job.
