Join a restaurant in Roseburg that has been perfecting their pizza, burgers, sandwiches, pub grub, and a full bar since 2009. This restaurant has been voted the Best Pizza in Douglas County for 6 years straight, and is a veteran-owned and family-run business.
Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate front of the house staff scheduling, shift changes
Physically present on the floor during service to ensure service standards are met
Resolving complaints and issues
Ideal candidates have the following skills and experience:
At least 1 year of prior experience as a restaurant manager
Strong leadership skills
Beer and alcohol knowledge bartending experience a plus
Experience with POS systems, balancing end of day reporting, and reconciling timecards
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Positive interpersonal skills
History of being punctual, having good work attendance, and mutual team respect
Ability to work any day of the week from 10 am until 9 pm must be flexible
Food Handlers Card & OLCC Certification required
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Ability to work quickly and efficiently with a great attitude
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
This is a full-time position located in Roseburg, OR with a wage depending on experience. Pre-employment drug screen and background check is required.
