True Living, LLC is a Class III Adult Foster Home in Oakland, Oregon caring for adults and seniors.

We are also set up for 2 room and board individuals and if a room becomes vacant, weâll happily accept individuals for respite care and/or daycare.
We are currently expanding and opening a second onsite 5 private bedroom custom home during the summer-fall months in 2019. This home will have a fireplace with a wood fired pizza oven, bird aviary and movie theatre room. Outside features include walking trails, putting greens, large decks, patios and gardens.
Qualifications
⢠Must be 18 years of age
⢠Must pass a criminal background check
⢠Must have the availability to work a flexible work schedule including early mornings, weekends or overnight.
⢠Must be physically, mentally and emotionally able to perform all job duties.
Experience
⢠Caregiving, 1 year (preferred)
On the job training is provided
Hours per week
⢠15-25 until the second location opens then hours can increase
This position is great for students whom need to work around their school schedules or for supplemental income.
Starting compensation
⢠$12.00-$14.00 DOE
What is the position
Assisting Residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLâS) which include Eating/nutrition, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, mobility and behavior management. Follow medication and treatment orders as instructed by PCP. Follow Resident Care Plan. Planning and implementing activities individualized to meet the needs of the Residents. Assuring all resident records are filed correctly. Answering phone calls, forwarding and recording them. Possess satisfactory documentation skills. Stock supplies as needed. Comply with HIPAA Practices. Observe vital signs as directed. Respond to call bells/alarms. Prep and serve nutritious meals and snacks. Maintain cleanliness in the AFH common areas, restrooms, bedrooms and outdoor common areas which includes but is not limited to: making beds, vacuuming, sweeping, moping, dusting, sanitizing, disinfecting, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash and laundry.
