Job Description:
We are a well established RV Dealership (43 years in business) looking for a Recreational Vehicle Service Technician who has skilled trade experience and general repair skills for our busy Dealership Service Center in Roseburg, Oregon. Your skills and experience can enable you to earn more! We offer competitive compensation based on your experience, an excellent work environment, continuing education and training to enable you to develop your skills in RV repair.
We offer 40 hours of PTO/Sick leave during the first year, then 1 week paid vacation after first year and 2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years! We also offer 401k with company match. This position is a 40 hour/week position Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30

What does an RV Technician do? The RV Service Technician requires a strong background in maintenance or repair. The successful RV Technician must be dedicated, able to converse with customers and manufacturers, have the ability to diagnose, then fix problems in a timely manner and within industry guidelines. You must be a self starter, with a focus on quality. The RV Technician will repair within multiple areas of RVs, and recondition pre-owned units for resale. The RV Technician must be willing to complete continuing education and training as an essential component to this position.
Essential Job Skills:
Ability to diagnose and fix electrical, heating, plumbing, and hydraulic systems. Construction skills to repair water damaged units a plus. Must have own tools appropriate to perform job duties. Must have a valid drivers license with clean, insurable driving record. Must have professional references who can verify work experience. Certification in trade fields such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry a plus but not required!
