A-1 Auto Glass is seeking an entrepreneurial, self-motivated team member who wants to help us grow our business to the next level. We are currently exploring many exciting opportunities to expand the company's footprint. We need your help, working with the general manager, to execute these strategic goals.

What you'll do:
As the Shop Foreman you will be responsible for directing the day-to-day operations including managing a dynamic team of technicians. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and General Manager to develop and execute strategic goals to expand our business. ÂIn addition, you will:
Recruit, interview, evaluate, select, hire, train and develop technicians
Keep employees up-to-date on new installation techniques
Guarantee technicians successfully and safely complete jobs
Maintain accurate records of shop's schedules, quotes and work orders
Work with Call Center Representatives to resolve issues pertaining to work orders, incorrect parts ordered and customer updatesÂ
Perform auto glass installations and rock chip repairs in a high volume environment

Your skills:
Excellent personnel management and interpersonal skills
Sales experience is a plus
Familiar with Excel, Word and Outlook
Your qualifications:
Two years of supervisory experience in auto glass installation or body shop with increasing responsibilities
Must pass pre-employment drug test

Working requirements:
Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds.Â
Considerable physical exertion required involving bending and stooping, pushing, twisting, lifting, and pulling.Â
Require standing, walking, using hands, climbing stairs, lifting or moving up to 75 pounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Operate a variety of hand held tools.Â
Exposed to moderate levels of heat, cold moisture and wetness from working in and out of the shop.Â
Use chemicals such as adhesives, cleaners, solvents and glass reactive primers.Â
