Essential Job Duties:
Safety: Support, enforce and insure that all employees are working safely
Prioritize: Review, approve and submit work orders for production
Quality: Work with Quality Control and Sales Manager to insure that the products meet all requirements before shipping
Monitor: Schedules, labor needs according to work flow, operating costs, employee actions, attendance, training, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
Shipping/Receiving: Work with Shipping lead to prioritize deliveries and assure on-time deliveries
Reporting: Generate reports by entering and retrieving information from ERP system
Oversee the various work centers and work with the leads to keep work flowing
Work with the Management team to promote change/growth and to meet goals
Mentor others to achieve positive results
Qualifications and Experience:
Prior supervisory experience
Prior experience in manufacturing
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
Must be able to use measurement tools
Experience with work flow processes
Windows operating system, Outlook, Excel
Must be able to enter and retrieve information from ERP system
