Pre-interview and screen prospective employees
Assist managers with hiring & Disciplinary issues and mediate employee conflicts
Oversee new employee orientation and training and log training activity into HR system
Maintain a personnel file on each employee to satisfy mandated requirements
Advise managers on regulatory compliance and training
Manage HR system
Get newly eligible employees enrolled in company benefit plans
Reconcile and post monthly insurance benefit invoices
Reconcile all accrued pay and deductions schedules
Notify insurance company of employees enrollments and terminations
Receive payroll data from all managers and post necessary earnings and deductions
Prepare monthly detail report on employee payroll earnings for each department
Obtaining data necessary to review/renew company insurance and offered benefit plans
Manage company payroll/HR
Develop and maintain all policies and procedures information
Proficient in Excel and Word
Bookkeeping knowledge to assist with payroll reconciliations
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain confidentially
Associated degree or better in field related to HR, Administration and/or Business
At least 4 years prior business experience
Full time, $3,500-$4,500 month
