Join an equipment company in Roseburg with a focus on their customers project success. They ensure their customers complete their work easier, faster, and better with the proper equipment that has been appropriately serviced and repaired.
Responsibilities:
Provide services to relieve owner from the stress of tasks associated with managing personal and business life, such as:
o Schedule meetings and appointments
o Deal with incoming mail and faxes, and correspond on behalf of the owner
o Screen phone calls, emails, inquiries and requests, and handle when appropriate
o Arrange travel purchase airline tickets, reserve hotel rooms & rental cars
o Finance pay bills and be responsible for accounts and budgets
o Run errands, plan meals, and remember special occasions like birthdays
o Act as the owners first point of contact with people from inside and outside the organization
o Create and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
o Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority
Ideal candidates have the following skills and experience:
High school diploma or GED
At least 2 years of administrative or personal assistant experience
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, Google Docs, and Internet
Must be extremely organized and able to adapt to a fast pace
Self-motivated
Ethical, discreet, and able to respect privacy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of people
History of being punctual, having good work attendance, and mutual team respect
Strongly Desired: QuickBooks experience, previous report writing, marketing, banking or revenue handling experience
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Ability to work mainly in an office environment, with potential to occasionally work in an environment subject to fluctuations in heat, humidity, fumes, odors, dust, and noise
Ability to work quickly and efficiently with a great attitude
Ability to work a day shift schedule from Monday through Saturday hours may vary
Tools used: computer, calculator, phone, copier
This is a part-time (up to 20 hours per week) position located in Roseburg, OR with a wage of $12-15/hour, depending on experience. Pre-employment drug screen and background check is required.
