Purpose:

Responsible for performing resource department-related duties. Supports the resource staff accountant and related team in fulfilling departmental responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Setup new sources in the LIMS database system and create and maintain physical files

- Enter pricing for purchase or logging jobs and management of addendums and audit control documents

- Assist with importing of daily data from multiple sources for load detail records

- Processing daily ticket verification and corrections

- Verification and/or entry of outside sales tickets

- Perform Load Receipt Book accountability

- Perform logging job completion process

- Maintain trucker table

- Mailing vendor statements and checks at each pay period end

- Update various spreadsheet reports as assigned

- Accounts Receivable reconciliations as needed

- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Associates degree in accounting or two (2) years related accounting experience

- 10-key, keyboarding, and PC skills including a good working knowledge of Excel

- High degree of accuracy

- Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills

- Ability to meet deadlines and make decisions independently

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in and maintain a highly functional team environment

- Must be able to work overtime
