Summit Real Estate Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant with light maintenance experience to assist our current staff at a 152 and 32 unit apartment communities. This position will handle the day to day leasing and office tasks, including touring, resident communications, lease paperwork, telephone calls, emails, and relief coverage for Resident Manager, as well as grounds/porter responsibilities and light maintenance.
Preference will be given to applicant with working knowledge and experience in Fair Housing and Tenant Landlord Law. Knowledge of Yardi a plus. Willing to train the right candidate with prior customer service experience. Resident retention and customer service skills are essential to being successful in this position. Professional attire and presentation is required.
Background screening and drug testing are part of the pre-employment testing, along with skills/knowledge written and practical testing.
