POSITION SUMMARY

Roseburg manufacturer of Pre-engineered pumping systems (i.e., booster pump stations and lift stations) seeking sales, technical, and business development support for existing customers. This job involves 25% travel and 75% in office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Building and maintaining a business relationship with new and existing Customers;

Provide technical support for all warranty claims;

Evaluate future business potential in communicating with existing Customers;

Ensure complete knowledge of Romtec’s scope of supply and services;

Provide complete customer satisfaction relative to finished product;

Work with Marketing and Communications to develop visual and written content;

Update company CRM program;

Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings with new and existing customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

It is critical that the Post Sales Coordinator:

Is a motivated, self-starter with strong written and verbal communication.

Enjoys working and communicating with people.

Has professional Sales or Customer Service experience.

Microsoft Office Programs; SuiteCRM

Other Qualifications:

4-Year Degree Preferred

Understanding of the public procurement process is a plus

Has general construction experience with understanding of civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering work.

AutoCAD is a plus

Strong understanding of Electrical is a plus.
