Douglas Multi-Family Maintenance Tech
Range 13.00 - $16.00 per hour DOE
Douglas Multi-Family Property Management seeks qualified individuals for the positions of Maintenance Technician. The applicant would be overseeing the maintenance, turning of units, and lawn maintenance for apartment complex’s located in Reedsport and Drain, Oregon. The position requires knowledge of residential property construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing trades etc.
Under the direct supervision of the Property Management Director, the incumbent is responsible to be able to work in a team environment with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. This position is a 40 hour per week position.
