Black Water Construction, LLC is looking for a Repair Technician with general knowledge and experience in the restoration/ construction of residential and commercial structures. Skills required include knowledge of:
- Drywall installation, mud, tape, and texture matching (heavy hand, orange peel, knockdown, misc.)
- Underlayment and sub floor installation
- Insulation Installation
- General carpentry such as blocking and framing
- Flooring installation with carpet, vinyl, laminate, LVP, luxury vinyl
- Finish carpentry such as caulking, base installation, finish trim, and general finish work
- Painting
- Roofing
