Our current Employees average around 1600 hours a year. 1600x38.78 = $62,048 for average Journeyperson. Most of our Lead and Foreman work 2000 hours plus a year and make 15% above scale. 2000 x $44.50 = $89,194. That is not counting optional Overtime paid after 8 hours in a day and 40 hours a week.
