Do you have experience in the construction field? Seeking a Construction Estimator/Project Manager to join our construction division running residential loss projects from start to finish for our Lincoln City office.
Primary duties include:
- Working in Lincoln City 2/3 days a week and Salem the rest of the week.
- Writing estimates and project managing all projects in Lincoln County
- Scheduling a mix of in house tradesmen and subcontractors.
- Revising and updating the schedules of all jobs as needed.
- Acquiring Sub Contractors that meet budgets based off supplied estimate.
- Send and receiving sub-contractor confirmations on scheduling.
- Always communicating with our customers as well as internally.
- Be able to document the job process via computer software.
