Our “Benefits Advisor” position is a very fulfilling position that we are looking to fill immediately to better help the members we serve that are apart of private Union groups, exclusive Associations, and fraternal organizations. We are looking to fill this position with a top level candidate who is seeking a career. You must be able to keep up with rapid growth, advancement, and fast expansion due to the high volume of requests for our service. You must be a people person, a team player, very adaptable, highly coachable, and carry a positive attitude. Those we select will be trained, developed, and mentored to learn all about the member benefits, financial set ups, and differences between what’s financially healthy for each member and their families future, and what’s not. You will learn to identify problems for the members and find solutions for them.
