We are looking to hire front desk and housekeeper for a motel in salem OR.
Full Time and Part time positions available. No experience necessary, willing to train the right candidate.
1. Hotel Housekeeper: Responsibilities include, cleaning guest rooms and common areas to company and franchise standards. We are looking for a team player, someone with great attention to detail, is organized and neat, and dependable and reliable. Hablo Espanol.
2. Front Desk Duties but not limited to:
-Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
-Manage online and phone reservations
-Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
-Register guests collecting necessary information
-Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
-Provide information about our hotel, availability, room types, rates, and amenities
-Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner
-Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests needs
-Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
