POSITION SUMMARY:
OCDC is hiring a Program Manager for its locations in Marion County. As a Program Manager you will assist the Program Director in the management and administration of the overall county operations within the guidelines of local, state, and federal regulations.

RESPONISBILITES:
⢠Provide support to Program Director and leadership to staff so that all county goals are accomplished
⢠Manage and support large, bicultural staff to ensure effectively run centers and a positive work environment for all employees
⢠Monitor and maintain budget for county programs
⢠Handle delicate, complex situations in a sensitive manner
⢠Ensure program's compliance with local, state and federal regulations
⢠Make independent decisions that align with the program's values and mission

PREFERRED SKILLS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
AA/AS in Business Management or Early Childhood Education, PLUS 3 years management experience

Equivalent combo of education and 5 years' experience with program planning, management and supervision of staff
