Position:

The Business Expense Specialist will oversee the day-to-day administration of the company’s travel and business expense reimbursement program across Change Healthcare . Core Responsibilities:

Provide support and engage in solutions to inquiries from end users at all levels through phone, email, and ticketing system

Work with team members to assist in card reconciliations when card may have been suspended or cancelled

Make general ledger corrections on submitted expense reports

Auditing Expense Reports as needed

Assist with AMEX fraudulent transactions

Ensuring daily extract from iExpense is complete, accurate and imported to Oracle.

Support the linking of new Corporate Cards to associate in expense reporting system to ensure Corporate Card automated feed of transactions.

Ensure that team members are not submitting reimbursement as cash & other and AMEX transactions

Continually improve business processes in all assigned areas of responsibility

Other duties as assigned, including adhoc report request, and project work

Requirements:

Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Finance, and 1+ year of experience in a related field or 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office tools aka Word, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Oracle and iExpense

Experience working with Corporate Card program

Possess excellent time management and organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work on tight deadlines

Must be able to work independently or as part of a team

Ability to handle inquiries with diplomacy, timeliness, and confidentiality
